AAW - A COMPLETE PROVIDER
AAW connects you with needed services to assist in removing employment barriers. We can help a client gain the new skills and work habits that are needed for gainful employment. AAW provides employment resources and services at no cost to clients who face workforce barriers.

Are you:
• Physically or Mentally Challenged and think you can qualify for or are already  receiving services through the Department of Rehabilitation?
• A Veteran?
• Rehabilitated from an Physical injury and are changing careers due to the injury and thing you can qualify for, already are, or hold a Ticket To Work through the Department of Rehabilitation?
• A Youth that has been determined as physically or mentally challenged through Alta CA Regional Centers before the age of 18?
• A Mature Worker Reentering the Workforce or changing careers?

AAW provides one-on-one services to help you succeed :
• Situation Management Skills
• Listening and Communication Skills
• Industry Specific Certification Training
• Basic to Advanced computer software training i.e. Microsoft Word and/or Excel • Remedial reading and math skills training
• Life Skills Training and Personal Vocational and Social Skills Training

America At Work is a:
Resource to those with employment or quality of life barriers.
Facilitator linking resources in the community with ties to business.
Connection between continuing education, future workforce needs and the transitioning workforce.

• Situation Management Skills
• Listening and Communication Skills

AAW Works with People with Disabilities

• Providing tools and education to individuals with functional limitations
• Assisting those that are visually, hearing and/or speech impaired
